Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival. One Night or first night rate  plus tax will be charged to all reservations cancelled within 3 days of your arrival.

  • Rates may vary for modified reservations.

  • For group of 3 rooms or more, the cancellation policy applies 7 days prior to arrival.

  • For group of 7 rooms or more, the cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival.

  • All national Holidays cancellation policy may differ, especially  Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Specially July 4th holiday, a non refundable fees applies to all reservations 30 days prior to arrival. All cancelled reservations will be issued a cancellation number. Cancellation numbers are required in the event of a dispute.
