POLICIES

  • Arrival and Departure: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is required at check-in. This is collected in addition to the room charges and applicable taxes.
  • Parking Information: Parking is available for $25 per night and is limited to one vehicle per room. Additional parking may be available for a fee and is subject to availability. Please note that we do not offer parking for oversized vehicles such as RVs, trucks, trailers, or buses.
  • Non-Smoking and Pet Policy: Our property is completely non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if there are any signs of smoking or evidence of unauthorized pets in the room. Service animals defined under the ADA are always welcome.
  • Additional Bedding Options: Air beds are available upon request for $25 per night plus tax. Cribs are also available for $10 per night plus tax.
  • Reservation and Payment Policy: All reservations require a valid credit card. A pre-authorization will be processed within 72 hours of your arrival date. If authorization cannot be secured, your reservation may be canceled. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel. For debit cards, authorization holds may take 5 to 7 business days to release. Please note that Little Inn By The Bay is not responsible for overdraft fees or other banking charges related to debit card use.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your reservation at no charge if done before 11:59 PM (local hotel time) at least 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
  • Group Policies: Reservations for 3 to 6 rooms must be canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge. Reservations for 7 or more rooms require 14 days’ notice for cancellation without penalty.
  • Holiday Policies: Cancellation policies may vary during national holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), and Labor Day. For July 4th, a non-refundable charge applies to all reservations starting 30 days prior to arrival.
  • All canceled reservations will receive a cancellation number, which must be retained in case of any billing disputes.
